Leadership Wyandot

Leadership Wyandot is a nine-month community leadership development program created by the Wyandot Chamber of Commerce to intentionally grow informed, connected, and service-minded leaders across Wyandot County.

Participants engage in one full-day session each month, exploring key community pillars such as healthcare, education, government, economic development, nonprofits, and workforce. Each session includes behind-the-scenes tours, expert speakers, interactive discussions, and leadership skill development designed to strengthen both personal and professional impact.

Leadership Wyandot is more than a class ? it is a hands-on experience that builds relationships, deepens understanding of our community, and prepares participants to lead with confidence, purpose, and perspective.

The program is supported by the Wyandot Improvement Network (WIN) and community sponsors and is designed to invest in the people who will shape Wyandot County?s future.
