Many murals and symbolic images (interior) showcase the history of the county, state, and nation. ''Lady Justice'' overlooks the city, fiver, and farmland beyond. Roof, domes and clock tower have been recently repaired and repainted to preserve its history. Deducted in 1900. All 3 floors are accessible by elevator.
